Dakota Dust

Description
A large, dusty, "multiple-vortex", "wedge" tornado southwest of Dickinson, North Dakota on June 19th, 2025. A local area of Badlands feeds the tornado with ancient sediments deposited in this region 50-65 million years ago, now turned to a fine dust by violent winds.
